Program Overview
The COGGZ Immersion Program in Japan is a structured "Work & Learn" initiative designed to help Indian graduates and diploma holders launch corporate careers in Japan. Capitalizing on Japan’s acute labor deficit and the India-Japan Digital Partnership, the program bridges the gap between technical skills and professional employment through intensive Japanese language training (targeting JLPT N3/N2) and fast-tracked work visa placement.
Key Components of the Program
Phased Structure: Spans a total of 21 months, starting with 9 months of online preparatory training in India (700+ hours covering JLPT N5–N3 and immigration processing), followed by 12 to 24 months in Japan for advanced language immersion (JLPT N2 level), part-time job and career integration.
Earn While You Learn: During the Japan phase, candidates are permitted to work part-time (up to 28 hours/week during study terms and 40 hours/week during holidays), earning an estimated ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month to offset living and educational costs.
